1. General Terms

• UYELLITOUT provides various therapy sessions, including assessment tests, through online and offline platforms.
• By booking a session, you acknowledge that therapy is a process and results may vary based on individual participation.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
• Payments must be made online at the time of booking.
• We do not accept cash payments or payments made outside our official platform.

3. No Refund Policy

• Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients can reschedule their session up to 2 times if they inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accepted.

5. No-Show & Cancellations

• Cancellation is not allowed. If a client does not show up for a session, it will be considered forfeited.
• If a client informs us in advance about an unavoidable situation, we may consider rescheduling once at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients are expected to join sessions on time.
• Any delay from the client’s side will not extend the session duration.
• Clients should ensure they have a stable internet connection for online sessions.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All client information and discussions during therapy sessions are strictly confidential.
• UYELLITOUT follows ethical practices to protect client privacy and does not share any personal information without consent.

8. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude during sessions.
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct may result in termination of services without a refund.

9. Service Modifications

• UYELLITOUT reserves the right to modify session timings, therapist availability, or pricing at any time.
• If a session is canceled due to technical or internal issues, we will reschedule it at a mutually convenient time.
